Rain Can't Cancel Services

I am currently unemployed,my Rain.co.za services were stopped however sometimes it comes on for a few hours then its off again,My problem is, I keep getting billed every month for the full amount am sitting at almost R3k in arrears,the consultant I spoke to said they will keep billing even though my services are 'off' what makes then do so is bcz ive got an active profile,I can't pay off due to unemployment and I can't cancel either because they want me to clear the debt first,So basically I will end up owing thousands of Rands
