Rain: Can't Cancel Service After Numerous Attempts!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying MULTIPLE TIMES to cancel my Rain account without ANY feedback from Rain. I only end up in their circling loop of the stupid AI assistant. I have also asked Rain telephonically to cancel my service. I was told that my request has been sent through and that an agent will be in contact soon, yet, no one has made any contact!

It is very clear to me that Rain does not want to make it easy for anyone to cancel their service, although I have tried numerous times to cancel my service with no response from Rain, apart from automated emails that promises they will be in contact. I have also received emails of my next debit order which will be debited against my account.

I will simply NOT pay this as my request were submitted within time and quite clearly is just being ignored.

I am cancelling due to their absolutely ********** speeds, anywhere from 1mb/s to 45mb/s.... when it's supposed to be 5G speeds of 300mb/s or more etc.

What a pathetic terrible company. To anybody reading this, stay the hell away from Rain and save yourself a lot of trauma.
