Rain cancelling

I requested cancellation on the 4th , on the 6th, on the 7th and lastly on the 9th I've a lot of emails saying help on the way but till this day nothing has happened I just want to cancel bcs I'm tired poor service every time you need to be helped you'll need to complain first it's not working for for please don't lie that you called and you couldn't reach me please just cancel I don't need your call or questions I've been patient enough thank you
