RAIN CANCELLED AND STILL TOOK MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION

I cancelled my service with rain. They confirmed and on 15 August 23, money was deducted again. This is not what was confirmed since the time I cancelled it on the app. I was evens contacted to confirm that 15 July will be the last deduction. If your calls are recorded I suggest you listen to it and confirm for yourself. I don't appreciate this kind of service as my services was evens disconnect in July. This is not the service I expected as if it's cancelled it gives nobody the right to further deduct money from my account. So I just want to inform people to be careful joining RAIN because now I lost money that RAIN don't deserve. They stole money Without permission. I want my money back. Cancel also the service properly. On top of everything they expect there router back.
