Rain cancellation service

Cancelled my service with Rain online a month ago, called their customer service to ask them when they would collect their router as I had since packed it away only be told that my sim card is still active and since I don't have proof that I cancelled my services I would still be charged for the month even though I had not used their services for the month.

Best way to cancel your Rain subscription is to call, don't do it online.
