Rain cancellation not working

I have been trying to cancel my contract. No one responded to my tickets. No one called me.

I was still billed. I want my contract cancelled right now. I want my money back

Hi Rain,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly...

Just 2 things to mention...

I think the button on the website is broken to request the cancellation, Maybe someone should look into that.

And secondly, my sim card has now stopped working.... I guess that is because it contract was cancelled...

But I still wanted to do a sim swop... Would that still be possible?
I really need to keep my number.... This cancellation process is really not going well.

Please assist me with the sim swop.

So how can I get my number back?

Sure I put the request in, but I also requested many phone calls to do this properly. And now you cancel it without allowing me to do a sim swap.

please fix this.

Undo the cancellation or something.
You cant just take away my number without talking to me about it. Call me as I ask.

Why is rain not responding to my support emails?
