Rain Cancellation Not Happening

A request was sent to Rain on 23 October 2023 to cancel. I checked my profile and saw that my connection is still active. Phoned *** on 1 November 2023 and spoke to Lillith (not sure if spelling is correct) who informed me they had a system glitch and could not make contact with me. Was also informed that he will cancel and I am able to use service till end of November 2023. I subsequently told him I am not using it anymore and why can it only be cancelled by end of November 2023 when I requested cancellation in October 2023 already. Rain services suck and they want to make money out of hardworking people. I need services to be cancelled with immediate effect and will not be held liable for any payment after sending request to cancel on 23 October 2023.
