Rain cancellation/ no respond.

I canceled my package but I had several email from different people attempting to act Ike they’re helping me but NOTHING. If you people debt out my money this month when I canceled your service two weeks ago I’m opening a case. In fact I’m going to write an affidavit today to state my issue with you guys if you dare debt then I’ll proceed with my case. Your network is a waste of time. I haven’t even been using it for two weeks. Come pick it up.
