Rain cancellation nightmare. #daylight*******

Rain internet providers are refusing to cancel my subscription. I have been using their network for almost a year now and have always paid my account on time. When I call or email them there is no response as soon as they hear the word cancelation. But try and shop for a new deal then they are very quick to respond.
