Rain cancellation left my high and dry

Requested cancellation for the end of the month Was ignored Had to log multiple tickets

They cancelled my simcard on Friday afternoon at 4pm

Phoned and was informed that they can not reverse it Now I’m stuck without Internet until month end when new provider starts
