Rain cancellation is a ****

Since I logged my complaint I only received what seems to be an automated reply from Rain (as seen on all the other complaints on Hello Peter from Rain) No one contacted me regarding the collection or cancellation. Rain is ****ming people as when the bank contacts them they just say that they do not have any indication of cancellation on their side. I strongly advise people to be very weary when considering a contract with Rain. When it comes to cancelling your contract the so-called cancel button on the app does not exist and no matter how many conversations you have on their app they "don't have any record of you cancelling your contract". Contract was cancelled end of November and they are still deducting monies from my account.
