Rain cancellation

I am disgusted with this service or lack of service. Around 10 June my son's wifi stopped working after waiting close to 3 weeks for Rain to deliver another sim card, he got the sim card finally as a replacement and the sim card does not work.

He is cancelling subscription immediately as I was told i cancel immediately

Worst worst service ever I wpu;d rather buy data than be with rain and to top it all he took out the contract only 4 months ago i am disgusted
