Rain cancellation

This is a month to month prepaid wifi, last year September 2021 I asked for the account to be cancelled and an amount was deducted In October for R699 and then again in November R699. In March an entire R1500 was deducted from my account after cancellation. I am still waiting on feedback regarding the reversal because I cannot reverse it at the bank because it is a online card payment.
