Rain canceling orders

Yesterday and Sunday we tryed more then once to place a order for rain 101 as i needed internet urgently and the orders kept being canceled what's going on why don't rain want me as a customer anymore is there no exception that can be made so I can get the order even when the rain store try tey told me the order gets canceled as it don't allow them to release the item's
