RAIN CANCELED AND STILL GETTING DEBITED.

I cancelled my rain account on the 20th of March 2025 and asked the call centre agent who was assisting me if there would be any debit order going forward and he assured me that the will be no more debit orders and also receiving an email confirming cancelation with reference number #***6. CCD Couriers confirmed collection of the router from rain on the 2nd of April 2025 with reference number - rnc415481 and the router was successfully collected on the 8th of April 2025. From the 11th of April 2025 kept getting messages from RAIN stating to avoid limited internet access I should make a payment. I Kept getting calls from *** harassing me to make a payment for my RAIN account and I told them I don't use the router anymore up until I started ignoring their calls. On the 1st of July 2025 a debit order of R589.00 (Rain Bryanston za) went through on my different bank that was never linked with RAIN before and I did not speak to anyone from RAIN authorising a debit order. I find that very *****ulent for my account to be debited without my knowledge and no authorization. I believe all calls are recorded and should be reviewed to avoid legal actions I would like my RAIN account to be permanently removed from their system and get my refund.
