Rain canceled

We canceled rain on the 27/4/2020 and an amount of R479 was deducted on the 1/6/2020 from our capitec account. We emailed them and sent bank statements to prove the deduction but we have not been reimbursed. This is ridiculous. We followed the process of cancelation but still had to pay. Not sure why R479 was deducted as we stopped using the connection on the 27/04/2020 and the sim card has been removed from the wifi router. This is completely absurd.
