Rain cancelation
I have canceled my subscription with rain on the 12-10-2022 AND THEY STILL DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY BANK ACC R479 ON THE 25-11-2022 then again on the 23-13-2022 R499. 00 then again on the 25th af January 2024 my ref number they send me ***. I can't get hold of any consultant via phone

25 Jan 2023, 12:29The email stated "please note that your 4G simcard is scheduled to be canceled effective from the 1st of the following MONTH" RECEIVED ON THE 12-10-2022 FROM *** so please refund me for the last 2 payments u took as I did not even make use of your service I will not leave it as it is now
