Rain call centre is a joke

This is one of the poorest network providers i have used and was forced to use them because of Covid 19 and working from home with international calls and teams. I have opened 3 cases from the second day i am using this device with its service that was logged with no response from them, only to rate them. You supply a service but can not handle a simple logged issue at a call centre
