RAIN CALL CENTRE AGENTS MXM

The one thing I hate about RAIN is that there is no call centre, no one gets back to you when you have a query, you will log one query 10 times and there'll keep sending you automated responses. They are very unresponsive. yerrr it's very frustrating, even during covid call centre agents are working from home and resolve queries, BUT NOT RAIN AGENTS.
