Rain call centre agent and Technician

I would like to thank the call centre lady Siphokazi Dana and Progress Matsetlo from rain. The pair was indeed helpful as I was frastrated with my 5G network connection and I had opted to cancel and downgrade to 4G. After my cancelation on monday, 17th, Siphokazi called me to find out what the issue was. Same day she called again advising that a technician will come out to check the issue and wow, in a matter of hours the Technician had the network up and running. All I can say is this is excellent service. I appreciate the service offered by the pair.❤️❤️❤️
