Rain Call center (STILL NO ANSWER)

Absolutely ********** Call center service. I have wasted almost 40 mins in total while on hold. Still no one answered. I want to downgrade access, and the website has greyed out these options.

This company needs to invest in its call center etiquette. I WISH I STAYED WITH TELKOM.
