Rain call center lie to customers.

We canceled our service as it is now too expensive for us. We did this on the app. I contacted Rain and they said they received the cancelation and no debt order will run. Is morning they ran the debt order which I had to return. I contacted them about it this afternoon and they apologized saying it would not happen again. What a load of hogwash. They just ran the debt order again which I had to return at my cost. Can these people not get it together.
