Rain

My daughter and son-inlaw purchased a Router and Rain Sim card on Friday 16th of Dec 2022, they have been trying to rica this sim for four days, with no avail, I have even phone them, no one wants to help, I will not recommend Rain to anyone, how can you put a product out there for people to buy with no help to get connected fast and effiecient, to struggle for days to get connected, im very dissapointed !!!!!!!
