Rain Business ethics and service is just really bad!
I am so irritated, After calling to verify how things work with the consultant their only option is that I cancel my devices (which means the courier will collect) and replace the order (The courier will deliever a new device x 2) because they can't: 1. Split my account for PVT vs Business 2 Manually change my banking details as it does not allow me to do so Via the app / internet

No one in the business can change invoice details
Because everything is Automated, I have to cancel and reorder
Advised originally by *********** staff that yes I can have a Business profile and a Personal profile... Yet the business Invoice cannot show my Vat number...
Then after I have been informed to Cancel and reorder only do they tell me they cannot infact do the Vat number...
So they have wasted 2 weeks of my time...
Turned business away
Thus I am now exploring Afrihost because they too specialize in home wifi but can happily change details on the invoice making my Business and PCT profiles separate.
Apparently, It Pours at rain with NO business sense.
