i have been using rain for months now and i know its not a contract so since i lost my job I've been calling them with no luck to get them to come and collect the router its been 5 months now they are busy billing me every month I've sent them emails to ask them to come and collect the router bit it seems like they ate doing business by billing me for something not using

11 Jul 2024, 11:39Unfortunately i wont be able to pay as im unemployed for the past 5 months I've been trying to get hold of you and the router is disconnected but the bill goes up every month i have references for my emails

11 Jul 2024, 11:42Whenever i call i hold the phone for over 30 minutes without any assistance...and i didn't sign any contract its prepaid you use as you pay ..i once skipped a month without paying and they came the same month to collect the router so what changed
