Rain... breaker of commitments, dodger of arrangements

Internet has been giving problems, jumping between 4g and 5g the whole time. Made an arrangement with Rain on Wednesday so they can come the weekend (08/07/2021) to fix the problem, said they would be here between 9am and 4pm. They never came, neither did they phone/email to make different arrangements or even at the least tell me that they can't make it. What an absolute disgrace, quick to sell you a product but God forbid something were to happen, as there is less than zero after sales support....absolutely pathetic...
