Rain : blatant theft from consumers with no repercussions.

Absolutely disgusting company. I phone 10 times over 3 months cancelling my service. They never collected my device and have kept charging me. I got verbal confirmation multiple times from agents stating my service is cancelled and my debit order cancelled.

Still they keep *****ing my money. Never ever waste your time and money with them. Go use another service provider to save you time and money

I have reported you to ***** department and requested to cancel the debit order.

Not 1 person has phoned me from rain to explain to me or tell me what is going on.

You guys are *******. I want my services cancelled.

Nobody has phoned to collect both devices. You are ********* and quick to take people’s money.

NOBODY from rain has phoned me to discuss.

I paid for 2 rain devices and 1 is returned why have I been charged for the full month?

Please cancel everything and collect your s h I t devices urgently

BTW I did give my address for the 2nd device on the online platform 2 months ago. Which you never phoned to collect.
