Rain billing system

I made a payment for Rain WIFI service on the 26 of July then I changed my payment date to the 1st of every month on the 1st of August they billed me again which is pay double it doesn't make sense to me if it is about arrears why not bill me the arrears separately and I do not remember having arrears with them
