Rain billing ****! Be Warned!
I rate Rain a big fat ZERO!
I have hired an attorney who will be in contact with you regarding my 5G account that Rain has been billing me for even though I sent a cancellation request months ago. Rain has collected the 5G Router last year after weeks of waiting but still has not stopped billing me even though one of the call centre agents confirmed that it will be cancelled last year. I'm sick and tired of dealing with Rain, you are as bad as Telkom is. What is your legal department email address or contact number?
