Rain billing me when I didn’t use their services

Rain has billed me R1200 for July whereas I didn’t use your services. I don’t understand why I was billed and the person who was assisting me pulled out a June invoice whereas we are in July. I want my money credited to my account right now. I am so disappointed in the service that I got. And my emails are no longer being responded to.
