Rain billing department sucks
My services has been suspended due to the amount of R216 i owe them for paying my debit order early on the 25th of jan instead of the 1st of feb. you were supposed to notify me after you recieved a payment that i should pay the shortfall amount unlike waiting 20 days after and suspend my card without no notigication am so ****ed
