Rains billing department is a joke. My billing date has changed, I scheduled my debit order for the 15th but now my internet has been disconnected. I NEED TO GET MY WORK DONE!! NONE OF YOUR CONSULTANTS HAVE HELPED SINCE LAST NIGHT! This is ridiculous if this happens again next month I'm going to discontinue.
