Rain billing department - *****

Good Day

Rain has confirmed on Thursday they will look into the account. Today is Monday 4 September 2023 still no feedback about refunding my money that was debited on the 25 August 2023 it been a week now. This is my second complaint on Halo Peter about the thefts which is Rain. Rain just lies to the client they have no TCF service. I will never recommend Rain service to no one because they service is very poor, and they don't think about they customers, nor the customers pocket as the interest rate when up 4 to 5 time. Rain still ***** money from their clients every day. Margaret Johnson
