Rain Billing Department

Rain billing department is so frustrating been sitting with no Wifi connection after having paid for it and it was incorrectly allocated, the call center agents say l will get a call from the billing department and when the department called after a 4hr wait they cut the call mid way n never called back. Rain please your service is terrible improve especially this so called billing department
