Rain Billing ****

Rain is a ****, had a month to month deal with them and after utilizing their services for a few months I decided to change SP's. however rain still billed me for the months I wasn't using the router it was literally off, and now the call center says I utilized 100mb on those months which is not possible cause it was off.

I was literally waiting for their courier to pick up their router, Extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend it to anyone.
