Rain billing

Rain service is bad, every month I get billed the amount which we never agreed to, I'm supposed to pay R645.00. But to my surprise on the 1st of July I was billed R1180.00 which I don't know the reason for that and when you call there is no one who answers the call and no one gets back to you. Your services is very 👎
