RAIN Billing - BAD!!!

Rain debited my account for R184.41 27 September 2021 from an invoice that was generated on 31 January 2021. I took up the R479 (uncapped) package which I had to pay upfront and wait for the sim to be delivered. I found the service to be shoddy in my area and subsequently cancelled the service on the next month in February 2021. Now I they took money from my account for using 78GB from their service. It doesn't make sense.
