Rain billing and communication useless. Beware

On 1 August i tried to get hold of rain as they put through twice my monthly payment. I cannot phone them as the numbers does not exist. I logged a call before and got a reply that would contact me. This is now 5 days later and i have not been called nor has my query been resolved and my payment thry took extra is still not refunded. Thry are not going to pay my other beneficiaries which i have to arrange now. Yesterday i got 2 mails from rain support stating they have updated my issue raised and the other mail said they will contact me if not resolved. I rep**** thst is not resolved and yet no one called me or resolved my issue. This is so bad business with promises yet you wait for 4 day for someone to respond and then when you reply you get no response back. I dnt think tbese guys think that i also work for a boss anf also have bills to pay. This is not ecceptable as thry put me into further debt taking extra money and not payibg it on time back
