Rain billing after cancellation of service

Good day,

In the beginning of last month I requested for Rain to cancel my service and I received confirmation from one of the current consultants that the 4G service was cancelled. However, this morning I received a notification that my account was debited from by Rain. Kindly advise why is this the case. I also logged into the system it says the next billing date is the 1st of July. Also, please remove my account details from your system with immediate effect
