Rain Billing after cancellation

I literally got this just so I can write this review. Rain provides horrible service. The communication is bad. I got billled for a service I didn’t even use. To think how great everything was when y’all started I even recommended so many of my friends and family. But now it’s problems after problems. Please fix your cancellation information because he tell us above 1999 and doesn’t explain that you still get billed for that month which is nonsense. Honestly guys do better !!
