Rain Billing

I am really disappointed with Rain Billing. In May i asked for my billing to be changed to 1st of every month. Same month on the 25th my line was disconnected even though they confirmed to have changed my billing date. I paid and still on the 1st they disconnected and had to call. Now same thing is happening and they keep on saying i owe even though i always pay on the 25th. My cell is ***. I am really tired of their SMS and emails stating that i owe even though i have paid and up to date and my next payment is on the 25th as i have asked to be returned back to that date as they failed to move it to the 1st.
