Rain Billing

Rain was nice and very helpful when I had to take the contract with them and now that I have and there are issues, no one is calling me back nor are my calls being picked up. They said a consultant would call me since 10am I have been waiting but when I wanted the contract I received a call in less than 30 minutes

I have only had rain for about 26 days and today was suppose to be my 1st payment and I see rain taking double of what we had agreed upon.

They are not honest people and do value their customers.
