Rain billed me twice Rain can't be trusted!!!!

Rain billed me twice. I only gave them authorization to make payment on the 25th of every month, then they dedicated on the 26 February and 1 March. When I call them, they tell me that my next billing date will be 25 April that's not our agreement and how am I supposed to pay my bills for March? How does the below statement make sense to what I'm told on the phone?? Bill date: 1st of every month Payment date: 25th of every month Next payment due: 25th of March
