Rain BILLED for now even using SIM

I've signed up for RAIN, in order to check out the service, and paid R51. The after the seven days, they activated my subscription. And I haven't even used the RAIN SIM, cause I was struggling to get it setup.

After trying to cancel my thing on their website, and their portal failing to cancel I got billed and charged R175 for not even using the SIM card.

Then I am finally allowed to cancel the sim on their portal, and now they say it will be cancelled next month? So they probably gonna wanna charge me again.

This company is ridiculous. Stay away!!!
