Rain - Biggest *******!!!
The Worst service when it comes to Cancelling!! I requested cancellation online on 24 May and still nothing has been cancelled and no refund has been received.
I was basically told it wasn't cancelled with their online option because none of them contacted me and that is my problem!!!?????!?!?!?
Now they want to tell me i didn't respond correctly to an email on the 7th of June and therefore it wasn't cancelled and no Refund.
They have now ****** my money since end of May 2021 and want to blame me!! Ridiculous! Worst service ever i will never recommend them!
