Rain BIGG BS company

This is the worst company I’ve dealt with in my life don't waist you're time or money i have had so many issue’s which we’re never sorted out then cancelled my wifi and got an email stating i will pay at the end of that month and then the month after but my wifi will still work till that mext month meanwhile and hour later after cancelling it my wifi was switched off which i was fine with but then they try charge me still for both the following months for wifi that im not using that they switched off and they keep trying to debit my account and i have sent plenty emails and tried calling millions of times nothing happens

The router that im supposed to return will stay with me till you guys get me off you’re system and stop trying to take payments for something I didn’t use i will not pay for wifi that was switched off on youre side and if you do come right taking the money out of my account i will be selling you’re router to cover the cost on my side and not send it back Will never use rain again and will make sure to drag the name RAIN through thick mud don’t recommend it to anyone
