RAIN- BIG TIME ****MERS!!!!! DO NO AGREED TO PAY R1 FOR THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER - JUST DO NOT DO IT!!!

Terrible Terrible Terrible SERVICE!! Firstly rain had a promotion running for R559 unlimited free Wi-Fi for 1 month plus 2 mobile sim cards with 2gigs free on each SIM, you pay R1 and they will deliver the router, after the month is over you can cancel if you are not happy with the service or continue. I obviously opt' d to cancel this service because the Wi-Fi DIDNT work, the sim cards had free minute's to use however when you tried to make an outgoing call, the call would not go through, HOWEVER besides all that, they then decided to take out R1994.51 from my account on the 2nd of October. I called rain on the same day that the money was taken out of my account to ask them *** is going on, how do you take out almost R2000 from my account ?? the promotion was for R559 , So how do you take out triple that amount??!!! They apologized said that they would cancel this and issue a refund. On the 4th of October I was informed that my refund was processed and I should wait 7-10 working days- fair enough, then when I called for an update on my refund I was told that my refund will only be processed after my collection of the device, This is when I lost my **** and I knew that Rain was up to no good and this is some ****! So I arranged collection of the device on the 11th and sent them proof of collection, to date I have not been able to speak to the billing team and everytime I call in they tell me that my request is with the billing team and yet I dont get any feedback from this billing team!!!!!!! expect blank emails, when I called in today they told me that my refund hasnt been processed because they are waiting feedback from the logistics team that the device was collected, even thou I sent them proof on the 11th of October. Today(14/10/23) I called because 10days has passed and still I havent received my refund, the agent Sejal Birje then advised me that I did not send through my BANKING DETAILS !!!!!! after 10 days then they are asking me for my banking details !!!! Like seriously they are so full of Bull****!!! I sent through my banking details and still have received a response from the billing team acknowledging my banking details or proof of my refund being processed!!!!

Guys WHATEVER YOU DO- DO NOT ACCEPT THE R1 PROMOTIONAL OFFER!!!!! THE REFUND PROCESS IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!
