Rain beyond pathetic

Rain takes pathetic service to an entire new level. When joining them the connectivity map shows your area as having connection but don’t be fooled. They may have access to a tower but by no means does it mean that you will have connection. From 7am to around 22:00 DAILY, you are lucky to have connection 40% of the day. The full debit order of R479 gets deducted for this almost non-existent service. I logged my first complaint for the day 5 hours ago-only received an automated response, so once again, half a day has gone by without connection. This is however the norm with Rain. This is an every day occurrence-on a good day connection stands at around 70%. Do not waste your time, money and effort with this place.
