Rain Beware

I have hadf Rain 5g package uncapped unlimited for the last 3 years . At night when you want to watch something the speed drops to 5 or 6mbps when the speed during the day is around 200mbps. After numerous messages to them re the speed with absolutley no help , I decided time to move on. So i cancelled with Rain in July 2025 , and the said they need month to month cancellation so I would be charged for August. No problem. August payment of approx R1100 came off and lo and behold September arrived and they took another R1100. So 3 messages later in which they promised to escalate the payment, to date not another word or my money back. This is not the type of company you want to be involved with. Disgracefull
