Rain beware #2

This is the second review on the same subject. Having cancelled my rain subscription in July , I paid the August subscription but rain took R1100 on september the first. After numerous attempts to recoupe my money i eventaully did a review on Hellopter. Rain immediatley responded that they would refund my money. Not only have they not done a refund, yesterday they took another R1100 from my account. As far as i am concerned , this is ***** and i will deal with it as such. Disgracefull. There AI program is even more *********** than their staf
